1. Context-restricted external access
Invitations linked to a customer, purpose, and record, with least-privilege access and a defined period.
QSigma360 Product | Roadmap
RoadmapQSigma360 is developing a restricted external workspace where customers can follow an authorized case, submit requested evidence, and receive approved responses and outputs in one context. This page describes the planned product direction; it does not present a complete, currently available standalone portal.

The intended audience includes quality, customer service, and technical teams managing complaints, document requests, and action follow-up. Email-led processes scatter messages and files, obscuring the latest update, approved version, or pending response. Better collaboration should not require broad customer access to the quality system.
QSigma360 Customer Workspace is planned as a context-limited layer over suitable records. External users would see approved information, provide requested material in context, and follow released updates. Investigations, root-cause analysis, release decisions, drafts, and other customers’ records would remain protected. The goal is less duplication and faster coordination—not a general-purpose CRM.
Invitations linked to a customer, purpose, and record, with least-privilege access and a defined period.
Show only status and updates classified for sharing, not internal lists or protected investigations.
Upload evidence and download approved outputs through an organized case channel.
Keep external requests and clarifications in context while separating internal notes.
Share outputs only after internal review and release designation; keep drafts hidden.
Record access, upload, download, permission changes, and expiry events.
The product is intended to connect to complaint, nonconformance, CAPA, document-control, and reporting records without conflicting copies. Access boundaries would apply by organization, customer, and record. Linked internal notes and drafts would remain protected.
This product is on the roadmap. The page therefore presents the planned direction and does not currently offer customer sign-in, a standalone portal, or a release date. Visitors can discuss their requirements with the QSigma360 team.
