Flexible plans for the quality scope you need

Bring quality, food safety, and document processes into a unified workspace, then expand around the sites, users, and modules your team needs. QSigma360 helps teams organize evidence, control workflows, and improve review readiness, while authorized people in your organization retain responsibility for quality and compliance decisions.

  • Isolated workspaces with roles and permissions.
  • Audit trail for supported operations.
  • AI suggestions subject to human review.

How is pricing built?

Your scope starts with a workspace plan, then changes with the number of sites, named internal users, storage, added modules, AI usage, implementation, and support. Recurring subscription costs are shown separately from one-time implementation and services, so you can see what covers platform use and what requires additional scope.

What the subscription includes

  • The right to use the QSigma360 cloud platform within the plan and quoted limits.
  • Commercially released modules included in the selected plan.
  • Arabic and English interface, plus organization, department, and member management.
  • Roles, permissions, and audit trail across supported workflows.
  • Available tasks, workflows, and notifications within scope.
  • Platform updates during the subscription term.
  • PDF outputs and controlled copies in supported workflows.
  • The support channel defined for the plan and contract.

What may be priced separately

  • Configuration, implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Data migration, cleansing, or transformation beyond the standard scope.
  • Additional users, sites, storage, and workspaces.
  • Module packs not included in the selected plan.
  • AI credits and usage above an approved allowance.
  • Integrations, custom development, or special configuration.
  • Premium support, onsite work, travel, and accommodation.
  • Taxes and local charges defined in the quote and contract.

Final pricing and scope are set out in a formal quote based on configuration, market, and required services. Submitting a request is not a purchase, subscription, or contractual acceptance.

Subscription plans

Choose the right starting point

Start with the foundation that fits your team today, then add the modules or capacity you need. Including a module in a plan does not grant automatic data access; membership, role, and access scope still apply.

Choose your preferred billing period

Your preference is saved with the quote request so our team can prepare the right commercial terms. This selection does not create a subscription or invoice.

They do not include a complete standalone external portal, offline operation, or analytics that have not been commercially released. General Word export is not presented as available; the advertised official output is PDF in supported workflows.

Module-based pricing

Add what you need without unbundling the platform foundation

Every customer needs a base workspace plan for roles, permissions, audit history, and storage. The prices below apply when a pack is added to a plan that does not already include it; modules are not standalone products. Only commercially released capabilities can be selected.

AI Quality Copilot

AI Quality Copilot can help prepare suggestions, drafts, and analysis within available modules and configurations. Outputs remain subject to human review; AI does not automatically approve, sign, issue, close, or release an official record.

AI availability, allowance, and usage are defined in the quote according to configuration, modules, and permissions.

Build your preliminary scope

Choose a plan, billing period, modules, and capacity. The summary gives you a clearer commercial conversation; it does not enable a module, permission, or subscription.

Module packs
  • Number of sites.
  • Number of named internal users.
  • Additional storage.
  • Module packs.
  • AI allowance, when available.
  • Implementation package.

Enterprise plan

Enterprise scope designed around your real operating structure

When your needs exceed the public plans, we build the quote around workspaces, sites, users, modules, storage, AI usage, migration, integration, implementation, and support.

Enterprise scope connecting multiple sites while preserving workspace isolation.

When is Enterprise a fit?

  • You have a broad multi-site scope or more than one entity that needs independent isolation.
  • Historical migration or configuration goes beyond standard templates.
  • You want selected integrations evaluated against existing systems.
  • You need a phased rollout, training, or support defined contractually.
  • Security, legal, or operating requirements need separate assessment before commitment.

What do you receive during scoping?

  • A discovery session covering scope, objectives, and constraints.
  • A map of commercially released modules and custom-scope capabilities.
  • A phased implementation, migration, and training plan.
  • A commercial proposal separating subscription from one-time services.
  • A statement of work defining responsibilities, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance.

Enterprise does not imply enterprise SSO or MFA, private hosting, specific data residency, round-the-clock support, a numeric SLA, or any integration by default. A capability is included only after readiness is verified and it is stated in the quote and contract.

A clear subscription with scoped implementation

The subscription gives you the right to use the platform within agreed limits. Implementation covers scope discovery, structure and role configuration, workflows and templates, agreed data migration, training, and launch readiness.

Foundation QuickStart

Standard scope
Workspace and facility setup, identity, departments and roles, user import, core templates and workflows, administrator enablement, and launch-readiness review.

Professional Implementation

Standard scope
Multi-site configuration, role mapping, agreed master-data migration, broader templates and workflows, team training, and stabilization support.

Scale Rollout

Standard scope
Multi-site rollout, broader agreed migration, wider workflow and template configuration, train-the-trainer, acceptance-test support, and stabilization.

Enterprise

Standard scope
A separate statement of work covering entities, sites, migration, integration, validation, training, and support.

Confirmed in the quote after customer data readiness and scope decisions are understood.

What standard implementation does not include

  • Redesigning the customer’s quality management system or writing all of its procedures.
  • Certification consulting or a guarantee of passing an audit.
  • Extensive data cleansing or complex historical migration outside scope.
  • A custom feature or integration not defined in the statement of work.
  • Translation of the customer’s document library unless agreed.
  • Onsite training, travel, or accommodation unless agreed.
  • Legal or regulatory assessment of electronic signatures or record retention.
  • Industry-specific software validation unless contracted and the capability is ready for it.

Frequently asked questions

How is QSigma360 pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the plan, workspace, sites, named internal users, storage, modules, AI usage, implementation, and support. The quote separates recurring subscription charges from one-time services.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Choose your preferred period so our team can include it in the quote. The site does not display an unapproved amount or create a subscription.

What does the subscription include?

It includes the right to use the platform within agreed limits, the commercially released modules included in the plan, member and access administration, supported workflows and outputs, and the plan’s defined support. “Included” does not make every future or partial capability available.

Why is implementation priced separately?

The subscription covers platform use. Implementation covers scope discovery, configuration, templates, workflows, agreed data migration, training, and launch readiness. Keeping them separate makes each cost and responsibility clearer.

What is the difference between a workspace, a site, and a named user?

A workspace is an isolated environment for a company or contracting entity. A site is a plant, facility, or branch within it. A named internal user is an employee, administrator, or manager account that can sign in; accounts may not be shared.

Can I change plans or add modules later?

An upgrade, downgrade, or module addition can be assessed at renewal or through an agreed commercial change. Reaching a limit or moving down a plan does not delete historical records; agreed access, export, and retention rules apply, and new growth may be restricted until scope is adjusted.

Is AI included, and does it make decisions automatically?

AI availability depends on the plan, configuration, modules, permissions, and agreed allowance. Its outputs are suggestions that require human review; it does not automatically approve, sign, issue, close, or release an official record.

Are taxes, migration, training, and integrations included in the price?

They are not assumed to be included. The quote states applicable taxes by market, implementation, migration, training, and any integration or additional service. Items outside the standard scope are priced separately.

Is there a free trial or self-service purchase on the pricing page?

The current pricing page does not offer a self-service trial, checkout, or direct purchase. You can request a demo or send your scope for a quote; commercial use starts only after the appropriate assessment and agreement.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

The request is reviewed by a person to confirm scope, available capabilities, and implementation needs. A discovery session or demo may follow, then a formal quote defining price, currency, taxes, term, implementation, support, assumptions, and exclusions. The request itself is non-binding.
