1. Role-based competence requirements
Define required knowledge, skills, courses, controlled documents, and assessment methods for each job, role, or quality-critical task.
Training & Competency Management — Coming Soon
Coming Soon — RoadmapQSigma360 is developing a standalone module designed to connect job requirements, training plans, content, assignments, assessment, and competence evidence in one workflow. The aim is not simply to record course attendance. It is to help an organization demonstrate that people performing work affecting quality or food safety received appropriate training and showed the required level of competence.
Profile data, read-and-acknowledge elements, and selected AI assistance exist today. The training matrix, examinations, certificates, and full integration with procedure changes remain target capabilities. The module is not production-ready.

Attendance shows presence, not necessarily understanding or ability. Gaps appear when a role changes, a procedure becomes effective, or a certificate expires without recalculating requirements. The QSigma360 vision connects each requirement to the role, content version, assessment, result, and evidence.
Define required knowledge, skills, courses, controlled documents, and assessment methods for each job, role, or quality-critical task.
Bring together people, requirements, assignments, completion, tests, and expiry, with filters for site, department, role, course, and status.
Support controlled documents, instructor-led sessions, practical training, video, tests, and approved external sources while retaining the content version used.
Link acknowledgement to user identity, document version, and completion time. Reading remains distinct from proving competence unless approved policy defines otherwise.
Use pass criteria, permitted attempts, examinations, and practical assessments reviewed by an authorized trainer or assessor, with retraining where required.
Track certificate validity, expiry, retraining, and competence gaps, then surface them in reports after full implementation.
The vision connects training with Document Control, Change Control, HACCP, Audits, CAPA, and Risk Management. A future workflow can identify groups affected by a new procedure and the required training method. AI may draft learning objectives or questions, but it will not issue certificates or determine competence. Human authorization and evidence remain essential.

Planned integration with clear governance
No. Training & Competency Management is a standalone roadmap module. Its complete operational cycle, tests, and integrations are not yet production-ready.
Related profile data, read-and-acknowledge elements, and selected AI assistance exist, but they do not constitute a complete training and competence system.
Not automatically. The roadmap distinguishes content acknowledgement from demonstrated ability unless an approved policy makes acknowledgement sufficient for a specific requirement.
No. AI may suggest draft content or questions; it cannot approve a result, issue a certificate, or replace an authorized trainer or assessor.
