QSigma360
Transparency and local control

Cookie Policy

We currently use only technologies necessary for authentication, verification, session protection, work recovery, and interface preferences. The current application has no advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.

Necessary only today

We do not load non-essential advertising or behavioral analytics before user choice.

Optional is off by default

Any future optional category remains off until valid consent where required.

Precise inventory

We name the technology, purpose, duration, and scope instead of using generic language.

This inventory reflects the current product code. Non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking must not be enabled until the table is updated and prior choice is provided where law requires.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and returned with suitable requests. We also use localStorage to retain an on-device preference until deleted and sessionStorage for a temporary recovery draft that normally ends when the browser tab closes.

Technologies that access your device follow the same transparency, necessity, and choice principles even if not technically cookies.

2. Cookies currently used

All three cookies are signed, use HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and use Secure in production. Page JavaScript cannot read their sensitive values.

3. Local and session storage

These values are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. A recovery draft can contain work content typed by the user, so use a trusted device and sign out and close the tab on a shared device.

4. Categories and your choice

Necessary

These cannot be disabled inside the Service because they support sign-in, security, verification, and user-requested functions. Browser blocking may prevent sign-in, saving, or verification.

Functional

We currently set no optional functional cookies. The local interface preferences above stay on the device and do not track you across sites.

Analytics

The current code contains no non-essential analytics cookies or behavioral measurement tools.

Advertising

The current code contains no advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies.

If we add optional technology later, silence or continued browsing will not be treated as consent and boxes will not be pre-selected. Where law requires, accept and reject will be equally easy and preferences can be changed later.

5. How to control technologies

  • Delete or block cookies and site data per site in browser settings.
  • Clear localStorage and sessionStorage through site-data controls; this resets interface preferences and may lose an unsaved local draft.
  • Use sign out to invalidate the account session through the Service rather than only deleting the cookie.
  • Do Not Track is not a uniform standard. We honor Global Privacy Control where applicable and do not sell or share data for behavioral advertising in any event.

6. Third parties and embedded content

Current pages do not embed advertising or external analytics that set non-essential cookies. Services a user opens outside QSigma360—such as an independent link or a customer-selected identity/integration provider—may use their own technology under their notice. A third-party cookie is not treated as “necessary” merely because a third party sets it; it must be necessary for the user-requested function or receive required consent.

7. Audits and changes

We review cookies and storage when adding a library, integration, or sign-in change, and update its name, purpose, duration, and party. If use is optional, we implement prior blocking where law requires.

We may update this policy, and the latest technical-audit date appears above. A material new purpose for optional technology requires a new choice where law requires.
