Follow available data from raw-material supplier through processing, packing, storage, shipment, and customer. Connect taste, package, or shelf-life complaints to product, lot, and investigation. A mock recall can document scope, reconciliation, and gaps, but QSigma360 does not guarantee a fixed completion time or successful outcome by itself.

Audit, Traceability, and reporting add reviewable visibility. Standalone Risk and Training lifecycles remain incomplete, and external-party portals are limited or partial depending on deployment.

Governance and boundaries

QSigma360 does not award certification, determine shelf life, approve a HACCP plan, or release a lot automatically. Permissions, separation of duties, activity history, and version controls help govern who recorded, reviewed, and approved. When enabled, AI may suggest a deviation summary, investigation questions, or a report draft; it cannot replace scientific judgment, testing, or an authorized quality and food-safety decision.

Does QSigma360 automatically read pasteurizer or cold-room data?

Not by default. That depends on enabled, validated integrations. Authorized results can also be entered or attached under the organization’s controls.

Does the system determine CCPs or approve release?

No. It supports documented analysis, logic, and evidence. Qualified teams define controls, and authorized people approve product disposition.

Can it support different dairy product families?

Yes. Product families, specifications, flows, and plans can be configured separately without assuming their controls or limits are identical.
